In order to disconnect a Slack channel from a Sympli Handoff project go to the Settings tab in the project, click on the Settings (gear) icon in the Slack Notifications section, and instead of authorizing a new channel to post to, click Cancel.

To disable specific notifications from Sympli (comments on screens or changes made to a design) just toggle them by clicking the check mark button for the corresponding kind of notification.
