To unarchive a project go to the Projects Archive page, hover on the right side of each cell, and click the ellipsis icon to open the menu to Unarchive, Leave or Delete the project. 

You must be either a project owner or be granted Power User access via the project owner to manage a project’s setting including unarchiving.
