Everyone needs to register for a Sympli Handoff account to use it. However, only the person who creates new projects in the paid plans needs a paid account.
An account owner can invite a limited number of people to the project depending on their plan.
Please note that on the Business and Enterprise plans, anyone with an Admin role can create a new project.
